Chapter Street, Inc., d/b/a From SF ("we," "us," or "our") operates the From SF mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect the following information to authenticate and manage your account and personalize your experience:
- Name – required
- Email address – required
- Phone number – required
- Neighborhood – required
Order Information. To place orders through the App, we may also collect:
- Physical address – optional, required only when placing an order
Identifiers. We collect a unique user ID linked to your account to provide App functionality.
Location. We collect your approximate (coarse) location to personalize your experience and surface relevant local content.
Payment Information. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment information directly. Stripe's collection and use of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Personalize your experience in the App
- Enable order placement and delivery
- Communicate with you about your account and orders
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is stored by our hosting provider, Supabase, on servers located in the United States (AWS us-west-2 region). We do not share your personal information with any other third parties, except as required to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States through Supabase. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The App does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics tracking. We use only the minimum session data required to keep you logged in.
6. Your Choices
Account Deletion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile within the App. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all of your data from our systems.
Access and Correction. You may access and update your account information through the App.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the effective date.
